Scope of Work
AL MARDAS METAL played a crucial role in the development of Plot C5 and C21 Garden Residences, a high-end residential project in Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi, by supplying and fabricating a wide range of materials for the project. The scope of work included:
- Structural Steel: Supply and fabrication of custom-made structural steel components for the project’s framework.
- Steel and Aluminum Brackets: Manufacture of precision-engineered steel and aluminum brackets to ensure structural integrity.
- Aluminum External Cladding: Supply and installation of high-quality aluminum cladding to enhance the building’s exterior aesthetics and durability.
- Back Pans: Fabrication of back pans for securing the cladding and ensuring proper insulation.
- Galvanized and Powder-Coated Flashings: Supply of corrosion-resistant, galvanized, and powder-coated flashings to protect the structure from weather elements.
- Panels & Stainless Steel Accessories: Delivery of panels and stainless steel accessories to meet both aesthetic and functional design requirements.
- PVC Rigid Components, Teflon & Nylon Spacers: Fabrication and supply of PVC rigid components, Teflon, and nylon spacers to ensure correct installation and spacing.
- Shims, Louvers, and Metal Screens: Manufacture and supply of custom shims, louvers, and metal screens to support the building’s architecture and functionality.
