Scope of Work
MARDAS METAL played a vital role in the KAFD Skywalk project, delivering high-precision structural and architectural metal components to support this modern pedestrian infrastructure. Our contributions included:
- Built-Up Structural Steel & Brackets: Supplied and installed structural steel components and brackets to ensure the integrity of the skywalk.
- Aluminum Cladding & Back Pans: Engineered and installed high-quality aluminum cladding and back pans with Rockwool/FR board for enhanced insulation and fire resistance.
- Custom Metal Fabrication: Produced galvanized iron flashings, panels, and stainless steel accessories tailored to project specifications.
- Precision Components: Manufactured PVC rigid components, Teflon and nylon spacers, and shims for seamless integration and support.
