Scope of Work
MARDAS METAL contributed to the KAFD Parcel 4.05 project by delivering precision-engineered steel and metal components, supporting the development of this state-of-the-art financial hub. Our scope of work included:
- Structural Steel & Brackets: Fabrication and supply of durable steel and aluminum brackets to ensure structural stability.
- Aluminum External Cladding: High-quality cladding solutions for enhanced architectural aesthetics and weather resistance.
- Back Pans with Insulation: Provided back pans with Rockwool/FR board for improved fire resistance and thermal insulation.
- Custom Metal Components: Manufactured galvanized and powder-coated flashings, panels, and stainless steel accessories.
- Specialized Accessories: Fabricated PVC rigid components, Teflon and nylon spacers, shims, louvers, and metal screens for advanced facade solutions.
