MARDAS METAL played a crucial role in the KAFD Parcel 4.04 project by supplying and fabricating high-quality structural steel and metal components to support the construction of this landmark financial district. Our scope of work included:
- Structural Steel & Brackets: Precision-fabricated steel and aluminum brackets for enhanced structural integrity.
- Aluminum External Cladding: Engineered and installed premium aluminum cladding for durability and aesthetics.
- Back Pans with Insulation: Supplied back pans with Rockwool/FR board for thermal and fire resistance.
- Custom Metal Components: Fabricated galvanized and powder-coated flashings, panels, and stainless steel accessories.
- Specialized Accessories: Manufactured PVC rigid components, Teflon and nylon spacers, shims, louvers, and metal screens for advanced architectural detailing.
