Scope of Work
AL MARDAS METAL played a significant role in the development of the KAFD Parcel 1.17, a prestigious project within the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company was responsible for the supply and fabrication of various high-quality materials for the project, including:
- Structural Steel: Supply and fabrication of custom-made structural steel components for the building’s framework.
- Steel and Aluminum Brackets: Manufacturing of precision-engineered steel and aluminum brackets to ensure structural strength and stability.
- Aluminum External Cladding: Supply and installation of high-quality aluminum cladding for the building’s exterior.
- Back Pans with Rockwool/FR Board: Fabrication of back pans, including insulation with Rockwool/FR board, for added thermal and fire resistance.
- Galvanized and Powder-Coated Flashings: Supply of corrosion-resistant flashings, powder-coated for extra protection against the elements.
- Panels & Stainless Steel Accessories: Delivery of panels and stainless steel accessories, contributing to both functionality and design.
- PVC Rigid Components, Teflon & Nylon Spacers: Fabrication and supply of PVC rigid components, Teflon and nylon spacers for optimal installation and spacing.
- Shims, Louvers, and Metal Screens: Manufacture and supply of custom shims, louvers, and metal screens for architectural and functional purposes.
