Scope of Work
MARDAS METAL contributed to the development of the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) Headquarters, supplying and fabricating high-precision structural and architectural metal components. Our scope of work included:
- Structural Steel & Brackets: Fabricated and supplied durable steel and aluminum brackets to support the structural framework.
- Aluminum External Cladding: Engineered and installed premium-quality cladding for enhanced building aesthetics and protection.
- Back Pans with Insulation: Manufactured back pans with Rockwool/FR board to provide superior fire resistance and thermal insulation.
- Custom Metal Components: Produced galvanized and powder-coated flashings, panels, and stainless steel accessories.
- Architectural Elements: Designed and fabricated louvers, metal screens, and specialized components for improved ventilation and shading.
- Precision Accessories: Supplied PVC rigid components, Teflon and nylon spacers, and shims to meet intricate design requirements.
