Scope of Work
MARDAS METAL played a crucial role in the 3J2 Metro Station project by supplying and fabricating precision-engineered metal components to support the development of this modern transportation hub. Our scope of work included:
- Structural Steel Fabrication: Engineered and supplied high-strength steel components for the station’s structural framework.
- Steel & Aluminum Brackets: Designed and manufactured durable brackets for seamless integration.
- Aluminum Cladding: Provided 4mm solid aluminum sheet cladding to enhance durability, weather resistance, and aesthetics.
- Back Pans with Rockwool/FR Board: Fabricated and delivered insulated back panels for fire resistance and thermal efficiency.
- Custom Metal Accessories: Produced stainless steel accessories, PVC rigid components, and aluminum panels.
- Precision Components: Supplied Teflon and nylon spacers, shims, and other specialized fittings for seamless installation.
